A little over a month ago I mentioned that I was going to attempt going Paleo. As in changing my diet to the Paleolithic kind. Though, we’ve made changes to the typical diet to adjust to our lifestyle, anything that grows in the ground or is from an animal is fair game in our house. I have found the hardest part for me is losing my condiments! Well, I have a found a way to have them, make your own!! This is definitely more complicated than heading out to the store and picking up some mustard, but now I will know what exactly I am eating as well as cutting out the sugar. I have yet to attempt any of these, but I’ll get around to it some time this month. Just click on the pictures to be taken to the original site with all the how to’s!
Cider Vinegar (you’ll need this for some of these!)
Olive Oil (you’ll need this for some of these!)
Soy Sauce (Seriously one of the grossest processes EVER!)
Flour for the Soy Sauce
Ketchup, Mustard, Relish, Horseradish, Barbecue Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce
Pickles (Just for fun! )
I included the vinegar and olive oil for good measure, in case you wanted to avoid all processed ingredients!
